Tooth extraction is a dental procedure in which a tooth is removed from the jawbone. During a routine dental exam, our team will evaluate your oral health by checking for cavities, gum disease, oral cancer, and other dental issues. We may also take x-rays to get a better view of your teeth and jawbone. Our team will then develop a treatment plan based on our findings and discuss any necessary procedures with you.
It is recommended that you schedule routine dental cleanings and exams every six months to maintain optimal oral health. However, some patients may require more frequent cleanings and exams depending on their individual dental needs.
We offer several types of sedation dentistry options, including nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation, and IV sedation. Our team will discuss the benefits and risks of each option with you to determine which is best for your specific needs.
